Whoohoo….Happy New Year! can’t believe that December has come and gone and we’re already in January 2023.
I don’t know about you, but the start of a new year always seems to be one for reflection, making promises to ourselves, setting new goals and the usual new year resolutions.
When coaching women on their personal style, January seems to bring forth a mindset of ‘new year, new me’ and gives an opportunity to have a new way of thinking, a new chance to practice some self care and an opportunity to evaluate where we want to be and how we want to show up.
It can always be a time just to say what we think we should be saying, a time to make quick off the cuff statements such as we’ll be using that gym membership,Whoo changing those negative habits with no real intentions behind it, or we can really try to find that inner connection, those true and authentic feelings to really make a change in our lives in the year ahead and be confident
